Job summary

Sheehy Genesis in Chantilly, VA is seeking Sales Consultants to join our growing team. We train people from diverse backgrounds, including foodservice, hospitality, retail, insurance, real estate, or recent graduates, to become confident automotive sales professionals.

Bilinguals are a plus and no prior auto experience is required. Earn competitive pay with weekly salary, monthly commissions, and rewarding bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.

• Maintain customer information in CRM and follow up to encourage repeat business.
• Develop new business through personal marketing efforts and networking.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.

Requirements

• Sales experience in ANY industry is welcome - excellent training is provided
• An energetic and outgoing 'people person who's motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
• Must have a valid driver's license
