Jackson Automotive Group in Albany, OR is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to join their automotive sales team. You will handle the full sales cycle from prospecting to vehicle delivery, while delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.

The role emphasizes up-to-date product knowledge, market trends, and CRM proficiency to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction. Earn related commissions with no cap on earnings.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with dealership processes and CRM systems.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement dealership sales process.
• Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery).
• Present and demonstrate inventory.
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports.
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share.
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership.
• Maintain CSI, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards.
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification.
• Must be familiar with CRM software.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand and implement dealership sales process

Education and/or Experience
