Job summary

The Niello Company is seeking a Sales Client Advisor to drive vehicle sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will coordinate with the sales manager to achieve new and used sales quotas and guide customers through the process, ensuring accuracy in paperwork and excellent post-sale service.

Responsibilities include introducing customers to departments, using CRM for follow-ups, and maintaining a professional appearance while meeting production standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean DMV record.
• Must possess a valid sales license to perform dealership sales activities.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed new and used vehicle sales quotas.
• Introduce customers to parts, service, F&I and general merchandise departments.
• Maintain CRM follow-up and ensure timely completion of paperwork.
