The Niello Company is seeking a results-driven automotive sales professional to join its team. You will drive new and used vehicle sales, introduce customers to departments, and consistently follow the sales process to maximize customer satisfaction.

Expect a base pay range with uncapped bonus potential, including a commission structure up to $16,500 per month, with additional benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with the sales manager to set and meet new and used sales quotas.
• Introduces customers to parts, service, F&I, and general merchandise departments.
• Utilizes floor time effectively to meet customer needs and solicit sales.
• Follows established procedures to complete paperwork correctly and on time.
• Effectively uses the inventory system to maintain current data and hit net profit goals.
• Develops prospects and builds customer loyalty through excellent service.
