Qualifications

• Proven sales experience is preferred (automotive experience a plus)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated, high-energy, customer-focused
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare models
• Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
• Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
• Stay informed on product updates, inventory and accessories to better serve customers
• Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards
