Fred-Martin-Motor-C in Ohio’s Barberton area is seeking an Automotive Sales BDC Associate. You will connect with customers via phone, text, email and chat, convert internet leads into showroom appointments, and assist the sales team to deliver an excellent customer experience from first contact to showroom visit.

The role welcomes bilingual Spanish speakers and offers a competitive base pay plus unlimited monthly commissions.

Qualifications

• BDC or sales experience is a plus.
• Customer service or call center experience is a plus.
• Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Self‑motivated, competitive, and results‑driven.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads and customer inquiries.
• Contact customers by phone, text, email, and chat.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and buying plans.
• Build rapport and create strong customer relationships.
• Set and confirm showroom appointments.
• Follow up with leads and previous customers.
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
• Assist with overflow calls and general dealership inquiries.
• Work closely with the sales team to create opportunities.

What You'll Do
