Toyota of Killeen is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our automotive team. This role offers hands-on training, customer service excellence, and opportunities to build a long-term career in vehicle sales.

During the 90-day training program, guaranteed minimum earnings of $3,000 per month are provided, followed by a competitive commission structure. Top performers can reach six-figure annual incomes based on performance.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years clear driving record - No DUI history or moving violations.
• No prior criminal history.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement dealership sales process
• Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
• Present and demonstrate inventory
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
