Toyota of Sylacauga is experiencing rapid growth and is hiring Sales Consultants immediately. You will greet customers, listen to their needs, and match them with suitable vehicles in our current inventory.

Test drives, demonstrations of features, and ongoing product training are part of the role. A competitive pay plan with a $2,500 monthly guarantee and sign-on bonuses provides strong earning potential, along with benefits and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous successful automotive sales experience is a plus, but sales experience in any field is a plus.
• Professional appearance and good communication skills
• Strong record of positive customer service results with a customer-focused attitude
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit
• Great communication skills with customers and team members
• Outgoing personality, strong customer service skills and self-motivated
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Resume must be uploaded and online assessment completed for immediate consideration
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and listen to their requirements to match their vehicle needs with inventory
• Accompany customer on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology
• Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become the vehicle authority
• Know the ins and outs of the inventory, optional packages, and the latest technologies
• Follow up with customers to ensure successful referral business
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives and ideas
• Bring your A-game with a positive attitude to work every day
