Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Authorized to work in the USA and have a clean driving record.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Recommend vehicles based on customer lifestyle, budget, and driving needs.

• Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up communication and excellent service.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
