Responsibilities
  • Build relationships and create customers for life by assisting them in selecting a vehicle through questions and attentive listening.
  • Become the vehicle expert, understanding product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology.
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to encourage referral business.
  • Overcome objections and excel in sales situations.
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and bring your best effort each day.

  • Availability to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • Willingness to learn new product details thoroughly.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers.
  • Professional and well-groomed appearance.
  • Clean driving record.
