Pecheles Ford and Toyota is hiring full-time Automotive Sales Associates to deliver professional, engaging vehicle presentations and guide customers through their car-buying journey.

Earn bonuses up to $2,000 over the next three months, with fast onboarding and paid training. Backgrounds in hospitality, retail, or customer service are welcome, and you can grow into management, finance, or administration within the company.

Qualifications

• Be driven, outgoing, and eager to learn new skills to meet & exceed sales goals.
• Commitment to excellent customer service, including ability to create & maintain customer relationships.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays (5 days/week)
• Excellent record for consistent attendance and punctuality
• Maintain professional attire and appearance
• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer experiences by delivering professional, engaging, and knowledgeable vehicle presentations
• Successfully demonstrate vehicle technology and features
• Engage in continuing education and learning opportunities
• Meet sales and productivity goals
• Apply training to aid customers in vehicle selection and make recommendations
• Accurately track and follow up with all leads, prospects, and tasks utilizing the company provided software and technology
• Inspect inventory regularly and report concerns
