The Pecheles Automotive Group is hiring for a full-time Sales position at our New Bern dealership. Earned through a paid training program and NEW HIRE bonuses, you will learn to present vehicles, develop customer relationships, and meet sales goals.

We offer a 5-day work week, competitive compensation with rewards, and opportunities to advance into management, finance, and administration as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Be driven, outgoing, and eager to learn new skills to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and building relationships.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays (5 days/week).
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain professional attire and appearance.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer experiences by delivering professional, engaging, and knowledgeable vehicle presentations.
• Successfully demonstrate vehicle technology and features.
• Engage in continuing education and learning opportunities.
• Meet sales and productivity goals.
• Apply training to aid customers in vehicle selection and make recommendations.
• Accurately track and follow up with all leads, prospects, and tasks utilizing the company provided software and technology.
• Inspect inventory regularly and report concerns.
