Pecheles Honda in New Bern, NC is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our full-time team. This role features a paid training program, a structured career path, and NEW HIRE bonuses to recognize your effort and potential.

You'll deliver engaging vehicle presentations, demonstrate features, and help customers select the right car while meeting sales goals. A 5-day work week, attendance reliability, and a strong customer-service mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with ability to build relationships.
• Willing to work Saturdays and a five-day week.
• Demonstrated reliability with punctual attendance.
• Must have valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer experiences by delivering professional, engaging, and knowledgeable vehicle presentations.
• Successfully demonstrate vehicle technology and features.
• Engage in continuing education and learning opportunities.
• Meet sales and productivity goals.
• Apply training to aid customers in vehicle selection and make recommendations.
• Accurately track and follow up with all leads, prospects, and tasks using the company provided software and technology.
• Inspect inventory regularly and report concerns.
