Inchcape Guam is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our sales team in Guam. You will help customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional dealership experience. This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, achieving sales goals, and staying current with automotive products and services.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Valid Guam driver’s license is required.

Mansioni

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles by understanding their needs and recommending suitable options.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service, follow-up, and communication.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives while explaining product features and available options.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, financing processes, and market trends.
• Prepare and process sales documentation accurately according to dealership procedures.
• Meet monthly sales goals and participate in OEM and dealership training programs.
• Support customer satisfaction by coordinating vehicle delivery, service introductions, and follow-up activities.
