Requirements

• Previous automotive sales experience; luxury experience preferred
• Perform high-quality, professional vehicle presentations to enhance the customer buying experience
• Prepare and demonstrate vehicles with the latest technology enabled and ready for display
• Communicate product performance and benefits effectively
• Build strong rapport with customers
• Manage incoming email and text communication to generate leads
• Prepare email collateral for clients before scheduled appointments
• Maintain a positive attitude, professional appearance, and well-spoken communication
• Be computer, email, text, and chat savvy
• Customer service-oriented with a clean background and drug-free
• Possess a clean driving record
• Must be competitive, personable, and able to facilitate the purchase process
• Strong phone and follow-up skills
