We are currently seeking Part-Time Retail Sales Associates to join our team. The position offers an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity, with potential earnings up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $1.61 per hour on top of your base pay.

Position Summary:

We are hiring entry-level, part-time sales associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. The role involves engaging with customers, processing sales and loans, and working with a variety of merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms (in FFL locations).

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and engaging customers to provide financial solutions.
• Opening/closing procedures.
• Maintaining the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handling sales and loan transactions.
• Cash handling and regulatory compliance.
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Partnering with staff to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Completing required training.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and work in various locations.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and POS system experience.
