The H+H Jeep Dodge Ram in Papillion, NE is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to help customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle. No prior automotive sales experience is required as training is provided.

You will build relationships, proactively reach out to customers, and guide them through the purchase process while learning product features and staying current on incentives and programs. Competitive compensation with commissions and bonuses is offered.

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Sales Associate, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping Customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle.

In This Role, You Will:

• Build meaningful relationships with new and existing Customers.
• Proactively connect with customers through phone calls, text messages, email, and in-person interactions.
• Guide Customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process.
• Learn and communicate vehicle features, technology, and accessories.
• Deliver an exceptional Customer experience at every stage of the sales journey.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through consistent follow-up and customer engagement.
• Stay current on product knowledge, manufacturer programs, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with teammates to support dealership and customer success.
