Job Summary

Runde Chevrolet is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be capable of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, managing prospects via CRM, providing tailored product solutions, collecting paperwork, and delivering vehicles. The position offers a 45-hour work week, five days, with Sundays and one weekday off. Compensation is commission-based, supplemented by a weekly guaranteed amount and sales bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Nurture client relationships to build a clientele base
  • Manage relationships and prospects through CRM
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills, assisting customers in vehicle selection by asking questions and listening carefully
  • Develop product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle authority
  • Perform professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
  • Follow-up with buyers to encourage referral business
  • Overcome objections and succeed in sales situations
  • Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses
Qualifications
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
  • Negotiation skills and experience
  • Self-starter with an ambitious spirit
  • Eager to learn and improve product knowledge
  • Strong communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professional appearance
  • Auto sales or sales experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
