Job Summary

Runde Chevrolet is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to join our team! The ideal candidate will be ambitious, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, managing prospects via CRM, providing tailored product solutions, collecting paperwork, and vehicle delivery. The position offers a 45-hour, 5-day work week with one weekday and Sundays off. Compensation is commission-based, including a weekly guaranteed amount and bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Nurture client relationships to build a clientele base
  • Manage relationships and prospects through CRM
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills; assist customers in vehicle selection by asking questions and listening carefully
  • Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle authority
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business success
  • Learn to overcome objections and excel in sales situations
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses
Qualifications
  • Available to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
  • Negotiation experience and skills
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit
  • Willingness to learn about products and improve skills
  • Strong communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance
  • Auto Sales/Sales experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
