Responsibilities:

• Exhibit consultative selling skills
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully
• Develop product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle authority
• Understand product offerings, optional packages, and latest technologies
• Perform professional demonstrations of vehicles
• Follow-up with buyers to generate referrals
• Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Conduct customer consultations to find the best vehicle for their needs and budget
• Build value through Feature, Advantage, Benefit presentations
• Maintain a positive attitude and bring your best every day

Qualifications:

• Sales experience preferred but not required
