REQUIREMENTS of the car sales executive:

• Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays
• At least 1 year of prior automotive sales experience
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
• Eager to learn about our products and improve continuously
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed appearance

RESPONSIBILITIES of the car sales executive:

• Build and nurture lasting relationships to develop a loyal clientele
• Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully
• Develop product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle authority, understanding product offerings, packages, and technologies
• Perform professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
• Follow up with customers to generate referral business
• Overcome objections and succeed in sales situations
• Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and performance
• Maintain a positive attitude and bring your best every day

Salary & Commission Range: $70,000 to $250,000
