Job summary

Parks Ford Lincoln and Hyundai of Gainesville is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. No automotive experience is required, but a background in customer service is a plus.

You will grow and develop your career in a fast-paced, award-winning sales department with opportunities for internal promotion. Responsibilities include presenting vehicles, demonstrating features, generating leads, and scheduling appointments.

Qualifications

• Energetic, high-energy presence throughout the sales day.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor, especially handling objections.
• Strong customer service skills and a proven sales track record.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, in-person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer buying process with high-quality presentations and demonstrations of vehicles.
• Prepare and present demo vehicles with latest technology.
• Provide customers with product performance and benefits information.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Assist with lead generation by managing incoming email leads and scheduling vehicle demonstrations via email and text.
• Prepare email collateral for clients prior to scheduled appointments, ensuring informed customers.
