Responsibilities

  1. Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
  2. Exhibit consultative selling skills.
  3. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  4. Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle authority. Understand product offerings, optional packages, and latest technologies.
  5. Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  6. Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  7. Overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
  8. Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses.
  9. Maintain a positive attitude and bring your best every day.

Qualifications

  1. Available to work flexible hours and weekends.

  3. Eager to learn and improve product knowledge.
  4. Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
