• Valid Driver’s License.
• Clean driving record.
• Willing to complete pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to commute or relocate to Rock Hill, SC 29730 prior to start.

• Listen actively and ask the right questions to guide buyers to the right vehicle
• Master vehicle features, options, and evolving technologies—become the go-to expert
• Deliver confident, high-quality demonstrations tailored to each buyer’s interests
• Maintain follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive referrals
• Adapt quickly to objections and keep momentum in a sales-driven environment
• Report progress and performance directly to Sales Manager
• Show up daily with urgency, grit, and a drive to improve and win
