Job summary

Motor Inn Auto Group in Carroll, IA is seeking a sales professional to build lasting relationships with customers and help clients choose the right vehicle. You will learn the product line, demonstrate vehicles, and work toward referrals with a positive, customer-focused approach.

You will be the product expert, handle objections, and follow up to grow the customer base. The dealership offers a family-owned environment with growth opportunities and paid training.

• Clean driving record and willingness to undergo background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Know the product offerings, packages and latest technology to be the vehicle expert.

• Follow up with buyers to generate referrals.

• Report progress and activities to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
