Job summary

Subaru of Bend is seeking a driven automotive salesperson to build lasting customer relationships and drive sales of new and used vehicles. You will listen to customer needs, demonstrate vehicles, and guide them to the best fit while maintaining exceptional service before and after the sale.

In this role, you will leverage CRM leads, referrals, and testing opportunities, reporting to the Sales Manager on progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
• Experience with CRM (training available).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Nurture relationships to build clientele for life.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle, asking questions and listening to responses.
• Generate new business opportunities through company leads, networking, referrals, and calls.
• Develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority on offerings and technologies.
• Demonstrate new/used vehicles through high-quality presentations.
• Engage customers to find the vehicle that meets their needs.
• Continue servicing customers before and after the sale.
• Follow up with buyers to secure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales scenarios.
• Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring a positive attitude to work daily.

• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.


• Generating new business opportunities through company leads (CRM), networking, referrals, and calls.


• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.


• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.


• Engage in conversation with customers by finding the vehicle that works for their needs.


• Continuing to service our customers before and after the sale.


• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.


• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.


• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.


• Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
