Ed Napleton Automotive Group in Arlington Heights is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive targeted vehicle sales and profit margins while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This fast-paced role offers incentive-based pay with a potential yearly range of $55,000 to $120,000, along with benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401k plan, paid vacation and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven success in retail sales.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.

• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Managing the negotiation process ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.
• Appraising vehicles for trade.
• Assisting in managing controllable expense elements for the New and Used Vehicle Departments.
