Toyota of the Desert is hiring an Automotive Sales Advisor to guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, financing and paperwork. You will present vehicles, educate on Ken Garff benefits, and use the CRM to manage interactions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role offers paid training, an industry-leading schedule, competitive compensation, and a path for growth within Ken Garff Automotive Group. 18+ years and a valid CA driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in account management, customer service, car sales, or retail sales.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through the sales process including vehicle selection, test drives, financing and paperwork.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstration of new and used vehicles.
• Use CRM to track all customer interactions.
• Explain Ken Garff benefits to customers.
• Present deal structure and financing products.
• Follow up with customers to maintain high satisfaction.
• Develop sales skills through ongoing training at Ken Garff University.
• Complete ongoing training to stay updated on vehicles and features.
• Represent the dealership and Ken Garff Automotive.
