Ken Garff Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Advisor (Associate) for Toyota of the Desert, the leading auto retailer in the Coachella Valley. You will guide customers through car selection, test drives, financing, and paperwork while representing a premier dealership family.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and ongoing training through Ken Garff University. Competitive comp plans and a strong, supportive team culture are highlighted.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.

• Lead customers through the sales process including vehicle/car selection, test drive, personalization, financing and paperwork
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles/cars
• Use Customer Relationship Management tool to effectively track all customer interactions
• Effectively educate customers on Ken Garff Benefits
• Present customer Deal Structure and additional finance products
• Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Develop additional sales skills and techniques through ongoing training and instruction utilizing Ken Garff University

• The pay scale above is the compensation range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, relevant education and/or training, and performance related bonuses and incentives.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in account management, customer service, car sales, or retail sales
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
