Responsibilities

• Respond to online vehicle inquiries via phone and email.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a referral base.
• Respond to internet leads and provide pricing information.
• Schedule appointments and conduct follow-ups with customers.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds with customers.
• Guide customers through the buying process from start to finish.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships post-sale.
