Tec Group Inc in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking a Processor to evaluate customer products, interpret specifications, and translate them into manufacturable plans that meet customer needs.

You will draft layouts and process descriptions, create timing charts, and prepare weld studies, using Autocad and MS Office. Collaboration with engineering disciplines is required to verify process viability while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Three years related experience in automotive robotic welding systems processing.

Responsabilités

• Interpret automotive product drawings and manufacturing specifications.
• Produce layouts, process descriptions, timing charts, sketches, graphs, content sheets, weld studies and clamping plans.
• Maintain knowledge of PC based software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint and apply drafting and AUTOCAD skills.
• Work with Engineering disciplines to verify viability of processes.
• Attend meetings to obtain information and present processes to Management and customers.
• Adhere to safety/environmental regulations and identify concerns.
• Contribute to Quality System and continuous improvement.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
