Belle Tire is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations and achieving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals. This hands-on role focuses on developing team members and delivering a premium customer experience.

You will act as manager on duty in the Store Manager's absence, drive the 6-Step Sales Process, manage store functions, and help oversee financial performance with a focus on continuous improvement and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Financial literacy and comfort with operational reporting and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in POS systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Support Store Manager in coaching, developing, and motivating the store team.
