Belle Tire in Traverse City, MI is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You’ll mentor and motivate the team, model Belle Tire’s values, and act as manager on duty when needed to ensure a premium customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of retail leadership, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a track record of achieving store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of leadership experience in a retail or related customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Financial literacy and comfort with operational reporting and performance metrics.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Act as the manager on duty in the Store Manager's absence.
• Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, inventory and compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
