Job summary

Belle Tire in Michigan is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will coach and develop the team, oversee store functions, and act as manager on duty when needed, ensuring a premium customer experience and alignment with Belle Tire's culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Financial literacy and comfort with operational reporting and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in POS systems, reporting tools, and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in coaching, developing, and motivating the store team.
• Lead by example, fostering accountability, teamwork, and engagement.
• Act as the manager on duty in the Store Manager's absence.
• Champion the 6-Step Sales Process to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer feedback and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee daily store functions, scheduling, inventory, and shop coordination.
