AutoNation seeks a General Manager to lead a high-volume store, overseeing New and Used Sales, Financial Services, and After-Sales, and to drive performance and an outstanding customer experience.

You will set the store vision, attract and develop top talent, implement best practices, manage manufacturer partnerships, and maintain profitability while delivering an exceptional ownership journey for customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive retail General Manager experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Proven ability to attract, develop and retain great talent.

Responsibilities

• Set a clear vision and goals for the store to achieve targeted performance in all areas of the business.
• Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals and AutoNation best practice processes.
• Attract, develop and retain the very best talent for the store.
• Create an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with manufacturer partners.
• Analyze the business to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Drive the business through a high level of involvement in day-to-day operations.
