Job summary

Bridgestone Americas in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in-store and on the phone, driving sales and ensuring a smooth visit.

You will promote products and services, coordinate with technicians and customers, and help build loyalty in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. Pay range is $17.39–$27.17 per hour, with benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
