Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Nashville, Tennessee seeks an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in-store and by phone, driving sales and scheduling service appointments.

You will build relationships, promote products and services, and ensure smooth transaction processing with technicians and customers. Pay range is $14.40 - $21.51 per hour with benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Ability to communicate with customers about sales and complaints to ensure retention.
• Valid driver's license at all times and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Strong problem-solving skills related to customer issues.
