Job summary

The Automotive Retail Salesperson role at Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is a dynamic, sales-focused position within Bridgestone Retail Operations. You will deliver exceptional customer service in-store and on the phone, coordinating service appointments with technicians to meet customer needs.

You will drive sales, build relationships, merchandise and promote products and services, respond promptly to customers, and handle transactions accurately in a fast-paced automotive retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers to ensure retention.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
