The Automotive Retail Salesperson at Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) delivers outstanding customer service in a fast-paced automotive retail setting, selling visits and services while coordinating with technicians. You will handle in-person and phone inquiries to engage customers and promote our services.

You will build relationships, drive product promotion, and ensure clear time commitments for service appointments, contributing to sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Ability to communicate with customers about sales and complaints.
• Strong problem-solving skills related to customer issues.
• Valid automobile driver’s license required.
