Bridgestone Retail Operations in Amherst, NY is seeking a Sales Specialist to help customers keep their vehicles running safely while building a long-term career with Bridgestone. The role includes hands-on training, mentorship, and career development within a network of over 2,200 stores across North America.

Pay Range: $16.80 - $25.10 per hour. Bridgestone is committed to fair compensation practices and supports a diverse workforce with opportunities across our nationwide locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems and operational processes.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
• Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines.
• Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and business performance.
• Support store leadership and serve as Manager-on-Duty when appropriate as part of your development.
