Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking a Sales Specialist to help customers keep their vehicles running safely and to develop a long-term career path within Bridgestone Retail Operations. You will join a team investing in success through hands-on training, mentorship, and career growth across 2,200 locations nationwide.

You will deliver excellent customer service, recommend products, and coordinate service schedules while contributing to daily store operations and leadership development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Associate degree or technical training preferred.
• Retail and automotive experience beneficial.
• Leadership or supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
• Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines.
• Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and performance.
• Support leadership and act as Manager-on-Duty when appropriate.
