Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Nashville, TN seeks a Sales Specialist to help customers keep their vehicles running safely while building a long-term retail career. You’ll gain hands-on training, mentorship, and growth opportunities across 2,200 locations.

You’ll deliver excellent service, learn store operations, and develop product knowledge to recommend automotive solutions. This role offers a pay range of $14.40–$21.51 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
• Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines.
• Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and business performance.
• Support store leadership and serve as Manager-on-Duty when appropriate as part of your development.
