Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right automotive parts and solutions. You’ll provide expert advice, maintain organized inventory, and support store operations to drive sales and a friendly shopping experience.

You’ll engage with customers, promote products and promotions, and work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. ASE certification and bilingual skills are a plus in this role.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience in automotive retail is advantageous.
• ASE Certification is preferred.
• Able to lift and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with parts selection and questions.
• Explain products, promotions, and services.
• Maintain inventory and store organization.
• Process transactions and operate POS system.
