Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right parts and solutions while delivering WOW! Customer Service. You will assist with product selection, provide expert advice, and support store operations and safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have automotive knowledge, strong communication skills in English and Spanish, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including weekends and overtime. ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with parts selection and product advice.
• Provide automotive recommendations and installations (e.g., wiper blades, batteries, bulbs).
• Restock merchandise and help maintain store organization and safety policies.
• Support promotions and contribute to store sales goals.
• Maintain PPE and follow safety procedures in daily tasks.
