Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! customer service by assisting customers with parts and solutions, stocking inventory, and supporting store operations.

You’ll help customers with installations and use diagnostic tools to discuss vehicle needs, working with a team to meet sales goals. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills in English and Spanish, a high school diploma or GED, ASE certification, and prior automotive retail experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ required.
• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Previous automotive retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide trustworthy automotive advice to help them choose parts.
• Assist customers with product selection and cross-sell promotions.
• Maintain well-stocked, organized inventory and store cleanliness.
• Contribute to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Follow cash handling procedures and loss-prevention policies.
