Job summary

AutoZone’s Senior Retail Sales Associate will be on the frontline, helping customers locate the right parts and solutions while maintaining organized inventory and offering expert guidance to boost sales and customer satisfaction.

You will work with store teammates and managers, showcasing leadership in daily tasks, staying current on automotive parts, tools, and promotions, and benefiting from a flexible full-time schedule and ASE certification.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish preferred.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends.
• ASE certification and automotive retail experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to recommend parts and services.
• Maintain well-stocked, organized inventory and price accuracy.
• Provide expert advice to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to ensure smooth store operations.
