Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Experience in automotive retail or service environment preferred.
• ASE Certification is advantageous for the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice.
• Engage with customers to deliver WOW! Customer Service and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain inventory, restock, and follow POS procedures.
• Support store operations and loss prevention policies.
• Stay current on automotive parts and promotions via AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read basic codes and suggest solutions when needed.
