Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in the United States to deliver WOW! customer service and help customers find the right automotive parts and solutions. You will support store operations, advise on products, and work with teammates to achieve sales goals.

The role requires flexibility, basic automotive knowledge, and strong communication skills in English and Spanish. ASE certification is a plus, and prior retail experience in automotive or parts retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 to apply.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• ASE Certification is a plus for this role.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide trustworthy automotive advice.
• Assist customers with product selection and promote promotions to hit sales goals.
• Restock merchandise and keep the store organized following POS procedures.
• Read vehicle codes using diagnostic tools and suggest solutions to customers.
