Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to assist customers with automotive parts, share expert advice, and drive store performance. You will maintain inventory, support teamwork, and uphold safety and POS procedures in a fast-paced retail environment.

Strong communication in Spanish and English is valued, along with automotive retail experience and ASE certification. Flexible schedules with opportunities for growth are offered across our nationwide stores.

Qualifications

• Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment.
