Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a dynamic Automotive Retail Salesperson in Sevierville, TN. You will deliver exceptional customer service in person and by phone, drive service sales, and guide customers to the right repairs and maintenance with a friendly, professional approach.

You will handle transactions with accuracy, support merchandising and promotions, and help ensure a smooth store visit. Prior retail sales and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
